Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Staff role based in Haridwar. The Front Desk Staff is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and handling inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email. Daily tasks include maintaining guest records, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, processing payments, and ensuring the reception area is clean and organized. The role also involves providing information about services and local attractions,



resolving guest concerns professionally, and supporting overall front office operations.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess phone etiquette skills and be confident in handling receptionist duties at a busy front desk.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including familiarity with office software and the ability to learn booking or property management systems.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks calmly in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in hospitality, front office, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi, or additional local languages, is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
