We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Taxi Booking Executive to manage end-to-end cab booking operations for our clients. The role involves coordinating with vendors, handling customer queries, negotiating rates, managing bookings, and ensuring smooth service delivery for corporate and individual clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle taxi/cab bookings for clients, ensuring timely and accurate reservations based on client preferences and requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors to negotiate competitive rates and secure the best possible deals for clients.
- Maintain and update a database of preferred cab vendors, including details of amenities, pricing, and policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to expand the network and offer a wider range of options.
- Negotiate contracts with taxi vendors to secure favorable terms, exclusive rates, and additional benefits.
- Communicate with customers to address queries related to bookings, pricing, schedules, and services.
- Collect payments from customers through various modes such as cash,
credit card, cheque, or online transactions.
- Enter and update customer and booking details in the system for ticketing and record maintenance.
- Explain applicable charges, fees, and taxes to customers clearly.
- Assist clients with general travel-related queries and support requirements.
- Work closely with the Tours and Sales team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in taxi/cab booking or travel operations is a must.
