Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive channel sales and business growth across the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing dealer and distributor networks, achieving sales targets, increasing market penetration, and strengthening relationships with channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and retailer network.
- Identify new business opportunities and appoint new channel partners.
- Ensure effective secondary sales and market coverage.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and influencers.
- Execute promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns.




- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and customer support.
- Submit regular sales reports, market intelligence, and business forecasts to management.
- Drive brand visibility and market share growth within the assigned territory.

- Sound knowledge of the building materials market.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience as Area Sales Manager in the Building Materials industry.
