Role Description
The Speech Language Pathologist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children with speech, language, and communication disorders in an on-site clinical setting in Karaikkudi. This full-time role involves conducting standardized evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, and delivering one-on-one and small-group therapy sessions. Daily responsibilities include tracking progress,



maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with occupational therapists, other clinicians, and families to support holistic care. The Speech Language Pathologist will also educate caregivers on home-based strategies, participate in case discussions, and contribute to program development to enhance service quality.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Speech Therapy and clinical practice for pediatric populations.
- Ability to assess and treat Communication Disorders and Language Disorders in children.
- Knowledge and experience in managing Speech-related issues, including articulation and fluency challenges.
- Competence in evaluating and treating Dysphagia and related feeding/swallowing concerns.
- Recognized degree in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Relevant skilled registration or licensure, as required by loc
