- Robust experience in Microsoft 365 Messaging Administration, including Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid, and Exchange Server 2019.
- Hands-on experience administering and supporting Microsoft Exchange Online, mailbox lifecycle management, mail flow, transport rules, SMTP relays, and message tracing.
