Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: 15,000 – 18,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience in Non-IT recruitment (primary focus)
Expertise in sourcing through job portals, social media & references
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to independently manage end-to-end hiring
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset
What You’ll Do:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for Non-IT roles
Source, screen, and shortlist quality candidates
Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth follow-ups
Maintain accurate candidate data and trackers
Consistently meet hiring targets and timelines
