Role Description
The Placement Officer will be responsible for managing and coordinating placement activities for learners and trainees, ensuring strong linkages with hiring partners and employers. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with companies, organizing campus interviews,



and tracking placement outcomes. The role involves guiding learners on career options, preparing them for interviews, and conducting workshops on resume writing, soft skills, and job readiness. The Placement Officer will collaborate with training and academic teams to align courses with industry requirements and maintain placement-related documentation and reports. This is a full time, on-site role based in Noida.
