MantriAI is a recruiting company built on AI. We place senior AI, engineering and product talent at growing startups, and we are building our own software to screen better than the industry does. Small team, 8-10 live mandates at any point, founder-led today.
This role exists so the business runs without the founder in every loop.
What you will do
- Run 8-10 live mandates end to end. Trackers, pipelines, interview scheduling, client updates, invoice follow-ups.
- Manage a team of 3-4 recruiters. Weekly targets, daily follow-ups, quality checks.
- Coordinate with senior screening panelists and clients on interviews and feedback.
- Own the numbers. Sourcing funnels, screen yields, turnaround times. You build the weekly report, you spot the leaks.
- Step in as a recruiter when a mandate needs hands. Sourcing, screening calls,
candidate management.
- Work AI-first. Claude, ChatGPT and our internal tools are how we screen resumes, draft outreach and report. Not optional.
Who should apply
- 1-4 years in operations, program management, consulting or a founder's office. Recruiting background helps but is not required.
- Comfortable with data. You can build and read a funnel in Sheets without help.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management.
- You already use AI in your daily work and can show us what you built with it.
