Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Bengaluru. The Occupational Therapist will assess children with developmental disorders to identify sensory, motor, cognitive, and self-care needs, and will develop individualized intervention plans. Daily responsibilities include providing therapy sessions, documenting progress, updating treatment plans,
and collaborating with other professionals in the multidisciplinary team. The role involves educating and guiding parents and caregivers on home-based strategies and follow-up activities to support generalization of skills. The Occupational Therapist will also participate in case discussions, maintain accurate clinical records, and contribute to continuous improvement of intervention protocols.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with experience in pediatric clients preferred.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Pediatrics and Medicine relevant to developmental disorders and child health.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for working with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
