We are seeking an experienced Branch Sales Manager to oversee the sales and daily operations of our consumer electronics showroom. The successful candidate will lead the branch team, achieve sales targets, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain efficient store operations.

Employment Type: Full time, Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily branch operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor inventory and showroom standards.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership, sales, and team management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication, customer relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹14,416.16 - ₹30,000.00 per month
