Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Analyze large and complex datasets using SQL and Python to extract meaningful business insights and trends.
- Business Problem Solving: Partner with stakeholders to identify key business challenges and use data to propose strategic, data-backed solutions.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Identify key business levers, develop performance metrics, and support data-informed decision-making across teams.
- Dashboard & Reporting Development: Build and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar, to track KPIs and business metrics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including product, marketing, operations, and engineering—to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
What We're Looking For In a Business Analyst
We’re seeking a data-driven problem solver with strong technical skills and sharp business acumen.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools, and be capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
They should know how to make the right data calls, identify business levers, and drive decisions through data.
Comfort with ambiguity, strong ownership, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams are key traits we value.
Required Skills
- SQL – Robust command over writing complex queries and data manipulation
- Python – Proficiency in data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.)
- Data Visualization Tools – Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
- Business Acumen – Ability to understand business models, metrics, and levers
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Capability to derive actionable insights from data
