Role Description
The Assistant Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Bangalore Rural. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations within the assigned department, coordinating with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, managing schedules and resources, maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.



The Assistant Manager will also assist in team supervision, report preparation, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving related to operational challenges.

Qualifications
- Ability to manage daily operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support efficient workflow in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with basic production planning, process monitoring, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to guide team members and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical and organizational abilities for tracking performance, preparing reports, and supporting process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, management, or a related field; experience in mining, metals, or manufacturing is an advantage.
