Role Description
The Sr. Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. In this role, the Sr. Engineer will lead design, development, and optimization of cable management and heat shrink product lines,



ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards. Daily responsibilities include reviewing technical specifications, preparing engineering drawings, coordinating with production teams, and troubleshooting manufacturing or quality issues. The Sr. Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvement, support customer-specific technical requirements, and contribute to new product development and testing. This position also involves mentoring junior engineers, documenting engineering procedures, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Qualifications
- Strong background in electrical, mechanical, or materials engineering, preferably with experience in cable management products, polymers, or heat shrink technology.
- Proficiency in engineering design and analysis tools (e.g., CAD software, basic simulation or modeling tools) and ability to interpret technical drawings and
