We're looking for a Senior Business Development Manager with experience in the corporate events and MICE industry who can drive business growth and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate business through your existing network and develop current leads through market research, networking, and industry trends.

Identify opportunities in corporate events, conferences, incentive programs, offsites, brand activations, and MICE.

Meet clients, understand their requirements, and convert opportunities into business.

Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals.





Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Ideal Candidate:

4 to 6 years of experience in business development within the corporate events or MICE industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proven ability to generate leads, build a healthy sales pipeline, and close business.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
