We are seeking a highly motivated
Digital SAP Ariba Consultant
to support digital procurement transformation initiatives through the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Ariba solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, procurement teams, suppliers, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end procurement and sourcing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
SAP Ariba Implementation & Configuration
- Implement and configure SAP Ariba modules including:
- Ariba Buying & Invoicing
- Ariba Sourcing
- Ariba Contracts
- Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
- Ariba Business Network
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and configure procurement workflows, approval processes, and catalogs.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices.
Business Process Consulting
- Understand Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Translate business requirements into SAP Ariba solutions.
- Drive procurement digitization and process optimization initiatives.
- Recommend industry best practices for procurement transformation.
Integration & Technical Support
- Support integration of SAP Ariba with:
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP ECC
- SAP Business Network
- Third-party applications
- Work with SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
- Coordinate data migration and system integration activities.
Testing & Deployment
- Prepare test cases and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support deployment, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, IT, and supplier teams.
- Conduct user training sessions and workshops.
- Prepare functional specifications and project documentation.
