About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern who is eager to learn, experiment, and deliver measurable results. This is a performance-based internship, meaning your earnings are directly tied to the outcomes you generate rather than a fixed monthly stipend.

Requirements
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is a plus.




- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or SEO is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

Compensation

This is a performance-based internship.

Compensation is earned based on measurable outcomes such as qualified leads, conversions, sales, engagement, or other agreed-upon performance metrics. Specific incentive structures and targets will be discussed during the interview process.

There is no fixed monthly stipend.

Pay: ₹2,086.00 - ₹5,548.83 per month
