Job Summary

OJD Education is looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Education Sector. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, leadership, sales, and relationship management skills to generate new business opportunities, develop institutional partnerships, increase student admissions, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

The candidate will be responsible for expanding the organization's reach, building strong relationships with educational institutions and clients, supporting admissions, and representing OJD Education professionally through both office-based and field activities.





Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, references, digital platforms, field visits, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, educational institutions, coaching centres, colleges, universities, and corporate organizations.
- Develop business strategies to strengthen the organization's presence in the education sector.
- Explore new markets and partnership opportunities to support organizational growth.

Institutional Partnerships
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, NGOs, and corporate organizations.
- Conduct institutional meetings to establish long-term collaborations.
- Coordinate career guidance sessions, seminars, workshops, and educational awareness programs.
