Role Description

HexaKnox Innovation Labs is hiring Network Engineer Associates with 6 months to 3 years of experience to join our growing talent network. This is a full-time chance where selected candidates will be deployed on client projects based on their skills, experience, and business requirements.

As a Network Engineer Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure. You will assist in configuring network devices, troubleshooting connectivity issues, monitoring network performance, and ensuring the security and reliability of network systems.



You will collaborate with infrastructure and IT teams to maintain high network availability and support client environments.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate (Bachelor's degree in any discipline).

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in Network Engineering, Network Administration, or a related field.

• Good understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, NAT, Routing, and Switching.

• Familiarity with network devices such as Cisco, Juniper, HPE, Fortinet, or Aruba.

• Basic knowledge of routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, RIP, and EIGRP.

• Experience with configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

• Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, or Zabbix.

• Basic understanding of network security concepts including Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Access Control Lists
