Role Description
The HR Manager at FliqaIndia will oversee end-to-end human resources operations to support a growing creative and production team. This full-time,



in office role is based in the Kolkata metropolitan area and involves managing recruitment and onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation. The HR Manager will develop and maintain HR processes, ensure compliance with labor regulations, handle employee relations and conflict resolution, and support leadership with workforce planning. Daily responsibilities include coordinating hiring activities, administering payroll and benefits in collaboration with finance, maintaining HR documentation and systems, and organizing training and development initiatives. The role also requires partnering with managers to build a positive, inclusive workplace culture that aligns with FliqaIndia’s creative and customer-focused values.
