What You'll Be Doing
- Monitoring and maintaining database systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Responding to and resolving basic database-related incidents and service requests.
- Assisting in database backups, restores, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Collaborating with higher-level support teams for complex issue resolution.
- Documenting procedures and maintaining knowledge base articles.
Requirements
Degree BE/B.Tech/MCA in IT/Computer Science/ Electronics & Communication/Electronics or higher/Diploma in Computer Science
Good understanding of the Oracle/SQL database, Related utilities and tools
Good understanding of the underlying operating system
Good knowledge of the physical database design
Oracle/SQL certified qualified
Ability to perform both Oracle/SQL and operating system performance tuning and monitoring
