Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end business operations by planning, organizing, directing, monitoring, and continuously improving processes using AI-driven decision-making and automation.
- Achieve financial objectives through budgeting, forecasting, AI-powered business analytics, cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and profitability management.
- Drive business growth by identifying high-potential opportunities, conducting AI-assisted market research, and implementing scalable, data-driven business strategies.
- Lead the Franchise Sales, Franchise Development & Business Expansion function by leveraging AI tools for lead generation, qualification, sales forecasting, partner onboarding, and franchise success management.
- Develop and execute strategies for opening company-owned outlets and expanding franchise networks across city, state, regional, national, and international markets.
- Build, lead, and mentor teams across office, city, state, regional, and national operations while embedding AI-first workflows into every department.




- Establish AI-enabled SOPs, KPIs, dashboards, MIS reports, compliance frameworks, and performance management systems to improve efficiency across all business units.
- Identify high-growth markets, perform feasibility studies, prepare AI-assisted business plans, financial models, execution roadmaps, and expansion strategies that are practical and executable.
- Continuously generate cutting-edge business ideas related to the beauty, wellness, spa, salon, academy, healthcare, retail, and franchise industries, and convert them into commercially viable businesses.
- Identify strategic partnerships, acquisitions, new revenue streams, emerging technologies, and investment opportunities with high growth potential.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between Operations, Marketing, HR, Finance, Sales, IT, Product Development, and Franchise teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
