Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Stores Cum Purchase Associate based in Mawal. The role involves managing daily store operations, including receiving, inspecting, labeling, and safely storing materials, supplies, and equipment. The associate will monitor stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure timely replenishment to support hotel operations. Responsibilities include processing purchase requests, sourcing vendors, obtaining quotations,



and coordinating purchase orders in line with quality, cost, and delivery requirements. The role also involves coordinating with accounts for GRNs and invoices, maintaining documentation as per company policies, and ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and audit standards. The Stores Cum Purchase Associate will collaborate with various departments to understand material needs, support cost control, and contribute to effective logistics and storekeeping practices.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal departments and external vendors effectively.
- Retail Sales and Organization Skills to manage stock movement, arrange materials systematically, and support operational requirements.
- Ability to provide and receive Training related to store procedures, inventory systems, and purchasing processes.
