Role Description

This full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role is based in the Pune Division.

The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound sales interactions, qualify leads, and convert them into opportunities that support Energenix’s industrial and sustainability-focused offerings.

Daily responsibilities include conducting customer outreach via phone, email, and digital channels, understanding client requirements, preparing and following up on proposals, and coordinating with the technical and business development teams to ensure accurate solution positioning.

The role involves maintaining detailed records in CRM tools, managing assigned accounts,



and ensuring timely responses to inquiries to support high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

The Inside Sales Representative will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to meet sales targets, provide feedback from the market, and support long-term client relationships.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including experience with outbound calling, prospecting, and opportunity qualification.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
