- Technological innovation and evaluation of new technologies (AI, automation)
Required skills and experiences
- Spanish speaking fluently
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or international equivalent (CPA, ACCA)
- Possess one of FINRA Certifications: Series 24, 7, 6, SIE, 66
- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in corporate finance
- Minimum 5 years in financial leadership positions in insurance or financial services
- Proven experience in investment management and US regulations
- Experience managing companies with multiple business lines
- Minimum 15 years of experience in information technology
- Minimum 5 years in technology leadership positions in insurance, finance, or financial services
- Proven experience in digital transformation and system modernization
- Experience in cybersecurity and data protection compliance
- Experience in Data Analytics and risk analysis
- Knowledge of multi-cloud architectures and up-to-date infrastructure solutions
Preferred skills and experiences
- Knowledge of Dominican insurance and pension regulations (preferred)
