We're looking for a creative Video Editor who understands YouTube content, audience retention, and storytelling, and can transform raw educational content into engaging videos that maximize watch time and viewer engagement.

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Video Editor with a strong understanding of YouTube content and long-form educational videos.

The ideal candidate should know how to edit videos that keep viewers engaged, improve audience retention, and maintain a professional yet agile viewing experience. This role requires someone who can think beyond basic editing and contribute to the overall quality and performance of our content.

1.



YouTube Video Editing (Primary Responsibility)
- Edit long-form educational videos for YouTube.
- Create engaging openings that capture viewer attention within the first few seconds.
- Maintain smooth pacing to improve audience retention.
- Remove unnecessary pauses, filler words, and repetitive sections.
- Enhance videos using motion graphics, zooms, callouts, transitions, overlays, and visual effects where appropriate.
- Synchronize visuals, B-roll, animations, and on-screen elements to improve learning.

2. Short-Form Content
- Repurpose long-form videos into YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn clips.
- Create attention-grabbing short videos optimized for each platform.
- Add captions, animations, and platform-specific formatting.

3. Educational Visual Enhancement
- Integrate screen recordings, code snippets, diagrams, charts, and technical demonstrations seamlessly into vide
