Plant Operations Manager

​We're looking for a hands-on, high-energy Plant Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our mechanical salt refining and processing facility.

​If you have a strong technical understanding of heavy industrial machinery, excel at optimizing production, and enjoy leading both machinery and manpower on the shop floor, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
​?
Refinery Operations
​Oversee the complete mechanical processing line, including wash plants, cyclones, centrifuges, silos, dryers, and sizing units, etc.

​Ensure smooth, secure, and efficient plant operations.

​?
Operational Excellence
​Maximize equipment performance and machine uptime through preventive maintenance.​

Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks. ​

Maintain consistent product quality and process efficiency.

​?
Workforce & Labor Management
​Lead and coordinate plant operators, maintenance teams, and contract labor.





​Drive productivity while ensuring safety, discipline, and efficient workforce deployment.

​?
Cost Control & Dispatch
​Monitor daily production costs.

​Optimize resource utilization and operational efficiency.

​Ensure timely dispatches and smooth logistics coordination.

​
What We're Looking For
​5+ years of experience in heavy processing industries such as Salt, Chemicals, Minerals, Cement, or Agri-processing.

​Strong technical knowledge of mechanical processing equipment, utilities, silos, conveyors, dryers, and plant operations.

​Proven ability to lead shop-floor teams, maintenance personnel, and contract labor while delivering operational excellence.
