Role & responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, visitors, and hotel property.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and conduct regular security patrols.
- Control entry and exit of visitors, employees, and vehicles.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and fire alarms.
- Prepare daily security reports and maintain incident records.
- Coordinate with hotel management and local authorities when required.
- Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Ensure compliance with hotel security policies and safety procedures.

Preferred candidate profile
- 8-12 years of experience as a Security Officer/Security Supervisor, preferably in the hotel, hospitality, or resort industry.
- Solid knowledge of security operations, access control, CCTV monitoring, and incident management.
- Good understanding of fire safety, emergency response, and evacuation procedures.




- Experience in handling VIP security, guest safety, and crisis management.
- Ability to lead and supervise a team of security personnel.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in preparing incident reports and maintaining security documentation.
- Physically fit and willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and security reporting).
- PSARA certification or relevant security training will be an added advantage.
- Retired Defence/Police personnel with relevant hospitality experience are welcome to apply.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
