We are looking for an experienced
Sr. Proposal Manager (Boilers)

with strong expertise in technical and commercial proposal management for
Steam Boiler (5–100 TPH) projects

. The ideal candidate should have experience in interpreting customer RFQs, preparing competitive proposals, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring accurate, timely bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage technical & commercial proposals for Steam Boiler projects (5–100 TPH).
- Interpret customer RFQs, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Review costing, pricing, scope, timelines, and proposal documentation.
- Conduct technical and commercial risk assessments.




- Ensure high-quality, on-time proposal submissions.
- Support customer bid clarifications and mentor junior engineers.

Required Qualifications:
- B.E./
B.Tech
in
Mechanical / Thermal Engineering.
- 5~20 years
of proposal engineering / management experience in
Boiler, Pressure Vessel, or Heavy Manufacturing industries.
- Robust knowledge of RFQs, tendering, cost estimation, commercial proposals, and technical documentation.
- Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with
Steam Boilers / Pressure Vessels.
- Exposure to SAP/ERP & CRM systems.
- Risk assessment and bid management expertise.
- Team mentoring and customer interaction experience.
