Role Description
The Desktop Support Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Desktop Support Engineer will provide day-to-day technical support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, and related peripherals, ensuring smooth and reliable operation for end users. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and basic software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, performing routine maintenance, and escalating complex problems when needed.



The role also involves responding to support requests, documenting issues and resolutions, maintaining inventory of equipment, and coordinating with other IT team members to improve overall system performance. The Desktop Support Engineer is expected to deliver clear, professional communication to end users and follow established procedures and service standards.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware, including installation, configuration, and basic upgrades.
