We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads & Meta Ads Expert to join our growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing $1M+ annual ad spend across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), with a proven ability to optimize campaigns, generate qualified leads, maximize ROAS, and drive business growth.

? Key Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube).

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

Manage multiple advertising accounts for agency clients.

Develop performance-driven strategies to maximize ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).

Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize bidding strategies, budgets, targeting, audiences, and ad creatives.

Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads Conversion Tracking, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.





Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Stay up to date with the latest Google Ads and Meta Ads features, platform updates, and industry best practices.

? Requirements

Experience managing Google Ads accounts with Monthly Invoicing (Invoice Billing) is required.

Proven experience managing $1M+ annual ad spend across Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.

Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Experience working in a digital marketing agency or managing multiple client accounts.

Robust understanding of PPC, paid social advertising, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.

Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
