Role Description
This is a full-time Information Technology Recruiter role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of onsite and work-from-home. The Information Technology Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, creating job postings, using multiple channels to identify talent, and maintaining an up-to-date candidate pipeline.



The recruiter will schedule and facilitate interviews, provide timely candidate feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. The role also involves maintaining recruitment metrics, collaborating with HR on offers and onboarding, and staying informed about current trends in technology hiring and the local talent market.

Qualifications
- Experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting, with a robust understanding of technology roles and skills.
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Demonstrated ability in Hiring for multiple levels of technical positions, managing stakeholders, and aligning with business needs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
