Role Description
The Civil Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing civil works related to events, exhibitions, interiors, and infrastructure projects. This role includes daily site supervision, coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that construction and installation activities follow design specifications, safety standards,



and quality requirements. The Civil Supervisor will manage site resources, maintain documentation and reports, and support project timelines by resolving on-site issues promptly. The role also involves regular communication with project managers, clients, and internal teams to provide updates and align on project expectations.

Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills with experience managing on-site teams and coordinating daily activities.
- Proficiency in site supervision and in office coordination for civil, interior, or infrastructure projects.
- Ability to implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with project stakeholders, vendors, and team members.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with prior experience in site supervision.
