Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executive who understands digital marketing and can confidently pitch our services to businesses. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, along with a basic understanding of content creation and the digital marketing ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, social media, referrals, and field visits.
- Schedule meetings with business owners and decision-makers.




- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Pitch agency services including:
- Social Media Marketing
- Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads)
- Website Design & Development
- PR & Branding Services
- UGC Videos
- Ad Films & Commercial Shoots
- Product Photography & Outdoor Shoots
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up until deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM records and submit daily sales reports.

Required Skills
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media platforms.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
- Understanding of content marketing and branding.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads is a plus
