As we expand our manufacturing capabilities and strengthen our presence in domestic and international markets, we are looking for an experienced Product Development (PD) Merchandiser to lead end-to-end product development and merchandising operations.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven PD Merchandiser with strong experience in the apparel and garment manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have complete knowledge of product developmentfrom concept to productionincluding garment costing, sourcing, vendor management, buyer handling,



production coordination, and trend forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete Product Development (PD) lifecycle from concept to bulk production.
- Prepare accurate garment costing from Point A to Point Z, including fabric, trims, labour, washing, printing, embroidery, packaging, logistics, overheads, and margin calculations.
- Collaborate closely with the Design, Sampling, Production, and Quality teams to ensure timely product development.
- Source fabrics, trims, accessories, and production vendors while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, buying houses, and manufacturing partners.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, MOQs, and commercial terms with vendors.
