Production (OSD Pellets & Tablets) Required Skills

Experience: 1–4 Years
- Hands-on experience in OSD manufacturing (Pellets & Tablets).
- Knowledge of dispensing, granulation, blending, compression, coating, and pellet manufacturing.
- Experience operating manufacturing equipment such as Fluid Bed Processor (FBP), Fluid Bed Coater (FBC), Blender, Compression Machine, Coating Machine, Sifter, and Multimill.
- Good understanding of cGMP, GDP, SOPs, and EHS guidelines.
- Knowledge of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
- Ability to perform line clearance, equipment cleaning, and changeover activities.
- Basic troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Solid communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Fluid Bed Coater (FBC) Operator – Required Skills

Experience: 1–4 Years
- Hands-on experience operating Fluid Bed Coater (FBC).
- Knowledge of coating process parameters (temperature, airflow, spray rate, atomization pressure).
- Experience in pellet and tablet coating operations.




- Understanding of coating solution preparation and process optimization.
- Familiarity with cGMP, SOPs, and safety practices.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot coating process issues.
- Good documentation and equipment handling skills.

Engineering & Maintenance – Utility Technician (Water System & Mechanical Maintenance) – Required Skills

Experience: 2–8 Years
- Hands-on experience in utility and mechanical maintenance within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of Purified Water (PW), Reverse Osmosis (RO), Softener, and Water Distribution Systems.
- Experience with preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Knowledge of pumps, motors, valves, compressors, HVAC support equipment, and pipelines.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and maintenance manuals.
- Familiarity with GMP, engineering SOPs, and safety regulations.
