About The Role
As the Manager of HR Transformation Project Management at Bunge, you will play a vital role in leading and executing large-scale HR initiatives that support the company's strategic growth and organizational development. Reporting directly to the HR PMO, this position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing complex projects within a global environment.



Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the planning, execution, and closure of multiple HR transformation projects across various Centers of Excellence, including Total Rewards, HR Operations, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition. You will be instrumental in ensuring these initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while aligning with Bunge’s overarching strategic objectives. The role demands a leader capable of navigating ambiguity, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and championing best practices in project management to drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. A graduate degree or MBA is highly preferred, along with relevant project management certifications such as PMP or CAPM
