We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the company's accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate should have experience in the construction/EPC industry, strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance, and the ability to manage day-to-day accounting operations while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and government authorities.
- Oversee payroll processing and vendor payments.




- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 310 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction/EPC industry.
- Solid knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

- Good leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
