₹50,000–₹80,000 per month, based on experience and suitability

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Operations Manager to help operate and grow multiple founder-led businesses across qualified services, wellness, and premium consumer products.

This person will report directly to the founders and take ownership of day-to-day operations and important projects across the businesses. The founders will provide overall direction, but the Business Operations Manager will be responsible for organizing the work, managing the team, enforcing agreed processes, solving problems, and ensuring that commitments are completed without constant follow-up.

This is not a purely administrative or strategy-focused position. We need someone who can personally get involved, use modern business tools,



and drive work from beginning to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations and ensure that teams, projects, and priorities stay on track.

• Translate founder direction into clear plans, owners, deadlines, and expected outcomes.

• Manage employees, assign work, monitor performance, and hold the team accountable.

• Drive multiple projects end to end, including product launches, hiring, websites, vendor work, and business improvements.

• Identify, onboard, and manage vendors and contractors, including quality, timelines, documentation, and payments.

• Implement and enforce practical processes, trackers, documentation, and reporting systems.

• Use technology and business tools to digitize operations, improve visibility, and reduce manual work.
