- Has knowledge or experience in business development, consulting, recruitment, HR, operations, finance, sales, or marketing.
- Is willing to take ownership, make decisions, and grow alongside the business.
- Values integrity, commitment, and long-term success over short-term gains.

Partnership Model





This is
not a salaried position
at this stage.

As we're in the early phase of building the company, we'll work as
business partners
, sharing responsibilities, decisions, challenges, and future rewards.
- As the business grows and reaches a sustainable stage, both founders are expected to transition into
full time leadership roles

- Any initial investment required for business setup, branding, marketing, or operations will be discussed openly and contributed jointly based on mutual agreement.
- Equity, responsibilities, and decision-making will be finalized through a transparent partnership agreement after detailed discussions.
