Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Associate role based in Mahabaleshwar. The Service Associate will support day-to-day guest operations, including welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, and responding promptly to guest queries and service requests. The role involves coordinating with front office, housekeeping,



and food and beverage teams to ensure smooth service delivery and consistent guest satisfaction. The Service Associate will handle basic documentation and billing support, maintain accurate records, and escalate issues when necessary. The position requires maintaining a professional appearance, adhering to brand service standards, and contributing to a positive, collaborative work workplace.
