- Welcome walk-in customers and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Explain courses, workshops, memberships, and services confidently.
- Recommend suitable programs based on customer needs.
- Upsell and cross-sell workshops, memberships, events, café offerings, and add-on services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads.

Customer Service
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
- Ensure every customer has a warm and memorable experience.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Guide new customers through registrations and onboarding.
- Follow up after classes or workshops to ensure customer satisfaction.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build robust, long-term relationships with customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and databases.
- Follow up on renewals, upcoming workshops, memberships, and special events.
- Personalize customer interactions and encourage repeat visits.





Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with instructors, operations, accounts, and management to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Manage registrations, schedules, attendance, and bookings.
- Ensure the reception and customer areas remain organized and welcoming.
- Support smooth execution of workshops, events, and community activities.

Brand Representation
- Be the friendly face of The Hobby Place.
- Represent the brand professionally in every interaction.
- Assist with promotions, events, and community engagement activities.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and increase sales.

Reporting
- Maintain daily sales and inquiry records.
- Track customer leads and conversions.
- Prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
