John M. Hill Inc. is a 65+ Year Old, family owned business seeking a full time sales representative with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Refractory Sales. Our Sales representative is responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining on-going communications with customers to achieve growth year after year.

The Sales Representative Will Be Responsible For The Following
- Schedule and make sales calls with new and established customers in the following regions: WV, VA, PA, OH and KY
- Sell, Estimate, Plan, Design and Execute Projects of all Sizes
- Drive the execution of the project plan while balancing customer requirements

and desires
- Clearly communicate plans and results with Company Team Members

Job Requirements
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Adaptable Work Schedule.
- Ability to sketch prints and understand drawings.

- 5+ Years of Refractory Sales or 10+ Years of Refractory Field Experience.
- Willingness to work hands-on with the crew to meet deadlines.
