DB Acoustics has been providing these sorts of solutions since 1986. We are a small business headquartered in Marion, Iowa and we are seeking a warehouse and inventory control assistant to join our team.

Duties And Responsibilities

DB Acoustics is seeking an individual to monitor and maintain multiple categories of inventory:

Small parts / bench stock
Rigging trailer materials
Service vans stock and tools
Cable and wire
Shared Tools
Shared Electronic Tools and Test Equipment
Spare equipment
Temporary/loaner equipment
Office equipment
Inventory assigned to specific upcoming jobs

This Team Member Will Also





recommend improvement to warehouse space and organization
develop checklists, visual inventory controls and related materials for use by all team members
assist in optimizing space and creating processes and procedures
use various software and tools to track, manage and report on activities
train other staff members on processes and ensure all are following, monitor/escalate/retrain as required
occasionally assist team members on job sites
follow established company processes

This role will work closely with

DB office and ordering personnel to strike balance of adequate materials on hand with least cost to maintain appropriate levels of inventory
DB technical staff (project admin, service coordinator, etc) to keep up with what is required by technicians as “bench/van stock” and “specific project” stock

Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience
