At CHK, we’re building one of India’s next-generation sneaker brands.

We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Lead who can bridge strategy and execution—someone who understands how to build desire, not just create content.

This role is for someone who can take a product launch from an idea to a fully integrated brand campaign across social, creators, website, CRM and performance marketing.

What You’ll Own
- Lead end-to-end campaign planning for product launches and brand moments.
- Develop product positioning, storytelling and messaging.
- Create creative briefs for design, content and performance teams.
- Drive launch calendars and cross-functional execution.
- Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Work closely with performance marketing to develop high-performing creative concepts.
- Collaborate with influencer, social media and content teams to execute integrated campaigns.
- Maintain and evolve CHK’s brand guidelines and marketing playbooks.
- Review and approve creative output to ensure it meets brand standards.




- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve future launches.

We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has 4–8 years of experience in brand marketing, consumer brands, fashion, lifestyle or D2C.
- Has led product launches or integrated marketing campaigns.
- Thinks strategically but is comfortable executing.
- Has exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
- Understands design, content, creators and performance marketing.
- Can manage multiple projects without losing attention to detail.
- Has strong creative judgment and high standards.
- Moves quickly and thrives in a fast-paced startup setting.

Bonus If You Have
- Experience in sneakers, fashion, luxury, streetwear or lifestyle brands.
- Worked with creators and influencer campaigns.
- Experience with Shopify, M
