About the Role

We are seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive Operational Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office administration, coordinate logistics, manage staff, and support blood donation camp operations while maintaining efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate and supervise office support staff.
- Oversee the daily delivery of blood units to hospitals, ensuring timely and efficient logistics.
- Provide logistical and operational support whenever required.
- Monitor employee attendance through the punching machine and prepare accurate monthly attendance records.
- Visit blood donation camps whenever required, with regular visits to major camps to oversee operations and provide support.
- Manage blood donation camps efficiently, ensuring smooth execution of activities.
- Conduct thorough checks of all camp materials before each camp and prepare/maintain a detailed checklist of required materials.




- Maintain operational records and ensure seamless coordination across departments.

Requirements
- Previous experience in operations, administration, or office management is preferred.
- Robust organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
- A mature, responsible, and dependable individual with a proactive approach to work.
