What You'll Do
- Guide prospective learners by understanding their career aspirations and learning needs.
- Recommend the most suitable upskilling programs through a consultative sales approach.
- Conduct counselling sessions via phone calls, video meetings, and virtual consultations.




- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with prospective learners and nurture them throughout the admission journey.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead updates and sales activities in the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Admissions teams to improve lead conversion and customer experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and program offerings to provide the best career guidance.

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in EdTech Sales, Academic Counselling, or Inside Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand learner needs and provide consultative solutions.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
