About The Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying, appointing, and activating Authorized Persons (APs) to expand our distribution network. This role will play a key part in driving regional growth and strengthening Jainam’s market presence. You will collaborate closely with compliance, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding and activation of APs while achieving acquisition targets.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in sales or business development within BFSI or capital markets sectors.
- Proven experience in channel acquisition and distribution network expansion.
- Robust understanding of broking distribution models and Authorized Persons (AP) structures.
- Excellent negotiation,



communication, and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive regional growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates and appoint recent Authorized Persons (APs) to expand the company's distribution network.
- Complete onboarding formalities and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly AP acquisition targets through strategic outreach and engagement.
- Ensure timely activation of newly appointed APs within predefined timelines.
- Support APs during initial client acquisition and account opening processes to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with APs, providing training and support to enhance their performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as compliance, operations, and sales to streamline processes and resolve issues.
