We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping ambitious brands tell their stories.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calls and outreach, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with founders, business owners, marketing heads, institutions, and public leaders.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and presentations.
- Understand client challenges and recommend Upcraft's creative and branding solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on business opportunities.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using a CRM or tracking system.
- Develop partnerships with agencies, consultants, event companies, and other referral partners.




- Represent Upcraft at networking events, business forums, and industry gatherings.
- Work closely with the creative and production teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
- Achieve monthly business development targets and contribute to the company's long-term growth.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Servicing, or Account Management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Robust networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable interacting with CXOs, founders, politicians, and senior decision-makers.
- Experience in branding, advertising, media, or creative industries is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
