About the Role

Ashreya Edge Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic, customer-focused, and result-oriented Property Consultants to join our growing Channel Partner team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping customers identify suitable real estate investments, conducting property presentations and site visits, building strong client relationships, and driving sales closures.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and manage leads through referrals, digital platforms, channel partners, and outbound calling.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.

* Conduct property presentations, virtual meetings, and site visits.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and channel partners.

* Follow up consistently with prospects and guide them throughout the sales journey.

* Coordinate with developers, internal teams,



and channel partners to ensure smooth transaction execution.

* Negotiate pricing and assist customers in closing property deals.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.

* Stay updated on market trends, project launches, pricing, and competitor offerings.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

* 0–3 years of experience in real estate sales, channel sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).

* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal abilities.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
