Must Have:
- Strong experience in
Microsoft 365 Messaging Administration
, including Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid, and Exchange Server 2019.
- Hands-on experience administering and supporting
Microsoft Exchange Online
, mailbox lifecycle management, mail flow, transport rules, SMTP relays, and message tracing.




- Extensive experience managing
Cisco Email Security Appliance (ESA)
and
Cisco Cloud Email Security (CES)
platforms.
- Proven experience in
Cisco ESA to CES migration projects
, including planning, assessment, policy migration, mail flow redesign, implementation, testing, validation, and post-migration support.
- Strong knowledge of
Email Security and Messaging Infrastructure
, including SMTP, DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, TLS, MX Records, and Autodiscover.
- Hands-on experience with
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
, Azure AD Connect, ADFS, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and Identity Management.
- Experience with
Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, and Collaboration Services Administration
.
- Experience administering
Microsoft Defender for Office 365
and email threat protection solutions.
- Experience with
Microsoft Purview Compliance Portal
, DLP, eDiscovery, Retention Policies, Content Search, and
